# Atavok Privacy Notice

**What we store:** email, a password hash (never the password), username (private), display name (public), purchase and entitlement records, playtime, a salted hardware hash for each linked machine, feedback you submit, friends, session records while you play, and moderation records (bans, kicks, reports).

**Why:** to run your account and purchases, to run the trial, to let friends find each other, to keep official servers fair (bans travel with machines), and to review feedback.

**What we do not do:** sell your data, track you across other sites, run third-party analytics or ads on the site or in the game, or store voice chat.

**Where:** Cloudflare (accounts, files) and the servers BDIA runs. Community server admins see your display name, hardware hash and what you do on their server.

**Your rights:** ask BDIA for a copy of your data or its deletion at the address on the website; deletion removes the account, entitlements and vault permanently.
