# Atavok Source Access Licence

*Draft for review by a lawyer before use. Plain-language, binding once published.*

**1. Who this is for.** This licence applies to a person whose Atavok account holds the `source` entitlement (bought, or granted for accepted feedback). It is personal to that account and cannot be transferred, shared, lent or sold.

**2. What you may do.** Read the source. Build it for yourself. Modify it for your own use and for making a third-party client for your own account, within the Third-Party Client rules in the Terms of Service. Contribute changes back to BDIA if you wish (you keep authorship credit; BDIA receives a perpetual licence to use your contribution).

**3. What you may not do.** Publish, upload, mirror, share, post excerpts of, sell, sublicense or otherwise distribute the source, assets, keys, documentation or any build made from them, in whole or in part, to anyone, including in private groups. Use the source to make cheats, bots, or tools that give any player an in-game advantage, to reverse the anti-cheat, to forge tokens, or to run servers that impersonate official ones. Remove or bypass licence checks, redeem codes, trial limits or purchase checks. Train models on the source or assets for redistribution.

**4. Secrets.** The source contains no live secrets by design. Any key, code or credential you encounter is to be reported to BDIA and never used or shared.

**5. Ending.** BDIA may end this licence for any breach; the entitlement is removed from the account, and any copies must be deleted. Sections 3 to 8 survive.

**6. Ownership.** BDIA owns the source and everything derived from it except your separately written contributions, which you license to BDIA as in section 2.

**7. No warranty.** The source is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind.

**8. Liability.** To the fullest extent the law allows, BDIA is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the source, and your total remedy is the price you paid for the entitlement, if any.
